There are four ways you can support FLHW; via a United Way donations, through the purchase of bracelets, by making a direct donation or by making a purchase from one of the merchants in our affinity program. Details for each option are provided below.

FLHW is a registered 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. Tax payer ID #43-2081392. Your contribution is tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

United Way
FLHW is a registered 501(C)(3) non-profit organization and therefore we are eligible to receive funding through the United Way. Individuals may request that their donation to the United Way be channeled to our foundation by completing a designation form with their pledge. Donors should write in "Faith Love Hope Win, Inc" on the designation form and the funds will be directed to our foundation.

Bracelets
The FLHW silicon bracelets are similar to the very popular yellow "LiveStrong" bracelets. Our royal blue bracelets are embossed with "FAITH-LOVE-HOPE-WIN". 100% of the profit from the sale of our bracelets is dedicated to advanced prostate cancer research, education and to assist prostate cancer patients who are in need. Direct Donation
As mentioned above, FLHW is a registered 501(C)(3) corporation. All donations are tax deductible. 100% of the money received from direct donations are committed to advanced prostate cancer research. There are three ways to make a direct donation
