On Friday, September 30th the Faith - Love - Hope - Win
Foundation will hold our seventh annual "FLHW Charity Golf
Scramble".
The location for this years event is Sycamore Ridge Golf Course in
Spring Hills, KS
After five years FLHW has raised over $175,000! Our success is
solely due to the generosity of our friends, families and
corporate sponsors. We hope to make 2011 our biggest, most
successful year to date!
Sponsor Levels (team signup below):
This
year we will offer four levels of sponsorship – Title, Eagle,
Birdie and Par. Below are the benefits for each level:
Title sponsor - Minimum suggested donation:

embroidered FLHW polo shirts

prominently displayed on player t-shirts

The FLHW foundation is a 501.c.3 non-profit organization. All
donations are tax deductible, to the extent, as allowed by
law.
