On Friday, September 30th the Faith - Love - Hope - Win Foundation will hold our seventh annual "FLHW Charity Golf Scramble".
The location for this years event is Sycamore Ridge Golf Course in Spring Hills, KS

After five years FLHW has raised over $175,000! Our success is solely due to the generosity of our friends, families and
corporate sponsors. We hope to make 2011 our biggest, most successful year to date!

Sponsor Levels (team signup below):
This year we will offer four levels of sponsorship – Title, Eagle, Birdie and Par. Below are the benefits for each level:

Title sponsor - Minimum suggested donation: $3,000
·       Reservations and entry fee for four players
·       Four limited edition, embroidered FLHW polo shirts
·       Company logo will be prominently displayed on player t-shirts
·       Company logo will be prominently displayed on sponsor boards
·       Company name will be prominently displayed on a tee sign

Eagle sponsor – Minimum suggested donation: $1,500
·       Reservations and entry fee for four players
·       Company logo will be prominently displayed on player t-shirts
·       Company logo will be prominently displayed on sponsor boards
·       Company name will be prominently displayed on a tee sign

Birdie sponsor – Minimum suggested donation: $ 1,000
·       Reservations and entry fee for four players
·       Sponsorship of one of three hole in one contests
·       Company name will be displayed on sponsor boards
·       Company name will be prominently displayed on a tee sign

Par sponsor – Minimum suggested donation: $ 300
·       Company name will be displayed on sponsor boards
·       Company name will be prominently displayed on a tee sign

The FLHW foundation is a 501.c.3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible, to the extent, as allowed by law.
