On
Friday, September 26th the Faith - Love - Hope - Win Foundation
will hold our fourth annual "FLHW Charity Golf Scramble".
This year's event will be at Ironhorse
Golf Club in Leawood,
KS.
Through
2007, after three short years, FLHW has raised nearly
$70,000! Our success is solely due to the generosity
of our friends, families and corporate sponsors.
In
2007 we
exceeded our
goal for the golf tournament and successfully raised
$26,500.
The
amount, in it's entirety, was donated to the Prostate
Cancer Foundation (PCF). PCF dedicated this
donation to support research for
improved treatments and a cure for advanced prostate cancer. The
need for a cure is exemplified in the following statistic:
Every 19 minutes a man dies
from Prostate Cancer. During this event 18 men
will perish, one
for each hole played.
With
your support, 2008 will be our most successful event yet!

several weeks in advance.
